You have access to 2 environments: training and production.

 

The training environment allows you to navigate the platform and practice with fictitious clients.

As part of your professional practice, the production environment is used with real clients.

Conviviality


To connect to the PRODUCTION platform, use your login information. 

For RSSS members, use your organization’s MSSS Outlook account credentials.



By connecting to the VC platform, you accept the platform’s terms and conditions of usage.

After 30 minutes of inactivity or 8 hours of continuous connection (according to les ‘normes de la certification Trousse Globale de Vérification’), the system will automatically disconnect the session. The data is recorded in real-time, and any current requests are saved as drafts.
