Prerequisites

Having a user account on the platform


General

Depending on the configuration of your profile, you can be a requester, dispatcher, or reporter.

 

Users can:

 – Send an activity request as a requester

– Dispatch an activity request as a dispatcher

– Respond to an activity request sent to you as a reporter

 

The page consists of the main banner and a left-side menu.

 

Main Banner:

1-Provides your login ID


2-Mentions that you are on an MSSS website

3-Highlights the current tab you are viewing

4-Allows a search within most pages

 Left-Side Menu:

1-Displays the different sections available within the platform

2-The PROFILE section provides access to:

– Account settings

– Sign out

– Contextual help

– Language


Your profile: Account Settings


 

 


 

Account settings allow you to:

  • View or edit account information
  • Configure your notifications. Notifications are sent at key points during the trajectory of a request, usually when an action is needed from you.



 

The user can choose to receive these notifications:

 1— Immediately, every request triggers a message.

 or

 2—Grouped, all your notifications are sent in a single message at the selected time and day you’ve decided

Introduction to the Left-side Menu

The RECENT ACTIVITY section provides quick access to recent activities.
The DASHBOARD allows you to initiate a request or access requests according to their status.
The CLIENTS Section allows you to search or consult clients.
The PROFILE section gives you access to your account settings.

At the bottom of the menu are the LOGOUT, HELP, and LANGUAGE buttons.

The sections and subsections vary depending on your user account (requester, reporter, dispatcher).
