Prerequisites
Having a user account on the platform with a requester profil
Steps
The requester receives the report from the reporter. It appears in the ACTIVE section of the dashboard.
The report is complete and does not raise any questions: the requester accepts the report and confirms the action.
The requester wishes clarifications or to report an error: they make a request to the reporter.
They will appear in the request.
The request will appear ‘pending’ in the dashboard.
TIP: Once the report is accepted, it will be possible to archive the request.
