Prerequisites
Having a user account on the platform with a requester profile.
Collaboration tools are available within the platform: take photos from your mobile devices or tablet and view images with the viewer.
iPhone
| 1-Navigate to the ACTIVE dashboard and open the request you want to add pictures. | 2. Click on “upload” and use the desired method: take or upload a picture from your device. |

TIP: To take a photo, place the smartphone parallel to the wound, approximately 30 cm away. Adjust the brightness with the flash if required. Use the zoom to enlarge or shrink the wound. Press the picture trigger.
