The viewer allows you to view images attached to the request: photos, medical image files, etc. The formats supported by the viewer include JPEG, PNG, and JPG.

Prerequisites
Having a user account on the platform.
This collaborative tool is available as soon as an image is attached to a request.
Using the viewer
1.Position your mouse over the photo to view. Click on it. 
2.The viewer opens a new page
3. Use the tools offered to enlarge, rotate, annotate the photo, etc.
Here are the tools offered and their description:

Viewer options vary depending on what stage you are in completing the request.
Initiating and completing a request
You can use all the viewer options when initiating and completing a request.
You will need to save the annotated photo afterward. The image with modifications will be automatically integrated as an attached file, under the "documents" heading, at the bottom of the request.
Make sure you don't go beyond the image frame for the annotations to be included in the image.
Processing a request
It is also possible to magnify, draw, frame, circle an area, calculate the angle and annotate a photo, BUT it is impossible to save any modification made on the image at this stage of the request.
