Prerequisites

Having a user account on the platform.


Dashboard

The number of requests per status is indicated next to the ACTIVE and PENDING tabs.

When the "show only my cases" is checked, only the requests assigned to the user will be displayed. 



The requests are displayed by clients.


TIP: To see which tab is currently being consulted, there are 3 markers: the display in bold in the left menu [1], the mention of the tab in the header [2], the underlining of the status [3].

Active Requests

ACTIVE requests require action on your part. After clicking on the ACTIVE tab, the list of clients concerned will be displayed.

For a Requester, ACTIVE requests can be:

  • A Draft request, which you must complete
  • A Report that is waiting for additional information to be given to the reporter
  • A Report awaiting review, to be accepted


For a Dispatcher, ACTIVE requests can be:  

  • A Pending request is waiting to be dispatched by the requester.


For a reporter, ACTIVE request can be:

  •   A pending request from the reporter, which you must accept [or redirect].
  • A Report in progress needs your expertise or specific information requested by the requester.

 

Waiting requests

Waiting requests include requests for which an action is required by a role separate from yours.

After clicking on the WAITING tab, the list of clients for whom another user must carry out an action.


For example, awaiting review, awaiting information, awaiting completion, awaiting dispatch, etc.

Completed or Archived Requests

Completed requests are found in the COMPLETED tab.


ARCHIVED requests are completed requests that you have voluntarily placed in archives.
