Prerequisites
Having a user account on the platform with a clinic profile.
Steps
From their dashboard, the requester initiates the request by following these steps:
1-Validate the identity of the requesting site and client. | 2- Choose the client: select their name or add them if they do not have an existing profile. | 3- Select the type of activity. | 4- Click Begin |
Then they continue their request according to the pre-selected activity [here: Virtual Consultation].
The request begins:
1. Choose the specialty, priority, and reason. | 2. Upload documents and images. | 3. Make sure the client consents and validate. If necessary, a consent form is available. |
TIP: If the requester does not know which site to direct their request to, check the DISTRIBUTION box to send the request to the appropriate reporter.
Depending on the specialty, the information to be filled out varies.
The service offer determines the content, which can be consulted from the request.
TIP: The administrative notes section allows the various professionals involved in the request to add information and documents that will not be included in the report.
