Prerequisites
Having a user account on the platform with a dispatcher or reporter profil.
The dispatcher
The dispatcher will take care of routing the request to the reporter. They intervene when the requester does not know where to direct his request and has ticked the box requesting a dispatch.
1. The “Active” section displays the requests whose status is pending a dispatch.
2. The dispatcher opens the request.
3. He proceeds with the dispatch.
4. The requester predefines the specialty and the degree of priority. | 5. If necessary, the dispatcher can choose the site and the person who provides the service. | 6. The latter must specify why they are making a dispatch request | 7. Click on Save to transfer the request. |
The reporter
The reporter receives the request, which appears active in their dashboard. Once the request has been opened, they can accept, return, or transfer the request.
Accepting a Request
1- Open the request
2- View related information and preview photos.
3- Accept the request
4- A popup will confirm that you accept the request
Forwarding a Request
Redirect the request to a provider in your clinic.
Return the request to the requester or dispatcher
Suppose you or your staff cannot support the request. You can request a new dispatch.
Returning the request to the requester will allow them to reassess their request.
There are currently two predetermined reasons:
- Reassign the request to another professional, specialist, or specialty.
- Request ineligible for telehealth
- Returning the request to the dispatcher will allow the reassignment to another clinic.
